1. Who you are dealing with

This website is owned and operated by Mavorium Sacred Enterprises, a business registered in India with GSTIN 07JXAPS5248N1ZO and Udyam registration UDYAM-DL-11-0167381, having its office at B-138, 2nd Floor, Office 202, Ganesh Nagar, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi – 110018. The business is founded and led by Lovely Seth, Founder & CEO. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Mavorium Sacred Enterprises; "you" means the person or business using the site.

Mahcart is a platform of Mavorium Sacred Enterprises. Where Mahcart operates under separate seller or buyer terms, those terms apply to that platform in addition to these.

2. Using this website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or someone else’s details in any form on the site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers or connected systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy or overload the site.
• Introduce malware, or interfere with the site’s normal operation or security.
• Reproduce our content, brand names or design for commercial use without written permission.

We may suspend access to anyone who breaches these terms, without notice where the breach is serious.

3. Mahcart is not yet open

Mahcart is under development. Everything described on this site about Mahcart is a statement of intent for a platform in build, not a guarantee of a feature, a price or a launch date. Features may be added, changed or dropped before launch.

We do not publish a launch date until it is fixed. Any date you hear from a third party is not ours.

4. Seller registration

Registering a business through this site places it on our pre-launch onboarding list. It is free and creates no obligation on either side until a seller agreement is signed.

• You confirm you are authorised to register the business and that the details you give are accurate.
• We verify details against GST, Udyam or other records and may decline any registration at our discretion.
• Registration does not by itself create a seller account, a listing, or any right to sell on Mahcart.
• Commission, settlement cycles and category rules are set out in the seller agreement issued before you go live. Nothing on this page overrides that agreement.
• Sellers are responsible for the legality, safety, description, pricing and tax treatment of their own products.

5. Content and accuracy

We take care to keep information on this site correct and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or free of error. Information here is general and is not legal, tax, financial or professional advice. Decisions you take based on it are your own.

All text, layout, graphics, code and marks on this site, including the names "Mavorium Sacred Enterprises" and "Mahcart", belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law.

6. Third-party links and services

The site may link to or embed third-party services, such as maps, fonts or payment providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

7. Maya, the AI assistant

Maya is an automated assistant that answers common questions about Mahcart seller registration. Her replies are informational and may be incomplete or out of date. They are not offers, quotations or commitments, and they do not vary these terms or any signed agreement.

Please do not enter passwords, bank details, card numbers, OTPs or identity document numbers into the chat. For anything binding, confirm with the team on 011-45578418 or support@mavoriumsacredenterprises.in.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. The site is provided on an "as available" basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Privacy

How we collect and handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business and the platform develop. The version published here, with its "last updated" date, is the version that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 once notified provisions take effect. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of this site.

Before starting any proceeding, please write to us at support@mavoriumsacredenterprises.in so we have a fair chance to resolve the matter directly. As required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, a grievance officer for this site can be reached at the same address; complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month of receipt.
