Shipping & delivery policy
How goods will move on Mahcart, what it costs, and what happens when something goes wrong on the way.
1. Current status
Mahcart is not yet open to buyers, so no goods are being shipped through it today. This policy sets out how delivery will work at launch, so sellers registering now know what they are agreeing to.
Services delivered electronically by Mavorium Sacred Enterprises — reports, listing content and similar — are sent by email to the address on the order and involve no shipping.
2. Dispatch times
- Orders are passed to the seller as soon as payment is confirmed.
- Standard dispatch is 1 to 3 working days from order confirmation. Made-to-order and bulky items carry their own dispatch time, shown on the product page.
- Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed the next working day.
- The delivery date shown at checkout is an estimate based on the seller’s dispatch time and the destination pin code.
3. Where we deliver
Mahcart will serve serviceable pin codes across India through registered courier partners and, in selected cities, our own pickup network. Serviceability is checked at checkout against your pin code. Some items — heavy furniture, appliances and restricted goods — will be limited to specific regions and marked on the listing.
We do not ship outside India at launch.
4. Delivery charges
Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before payment and depend on weight, dimensions, destination and the delivery speed chosen. Charges are never added after an order is placed. Where a seller offers free delivery above an order value, that threshold is displayed on the listing.
5. Tracking your order
Once a parcel is handed to the courier, the tracking number appears on your order page and is emailed to you from support@mavoriumsacredenterprises.in. Status updates come from the courier, so there can be a short lag between a scan and what you see.
6. Delays
Weather, strikes, local restrictions, festival volumes and incorrect addresses all cause delays, and some of them are outside anyone’s control. Where a parcel is running materially late we will tell you, give a revised date, and let you cancel for a full refund if the new date does not work.
If a courier cannot reach you after three attempts, the parcel returns to the seller. We contact you before that point.
7. Receiving the parcel
- Check the packaging before you accept it. If the outer box is torn, wet or resealed, refuse delivery and tell us the same day.
- Record an unboxing video for high-value items — it settles a damage claim quickly.
- Report damaged, wrong or missing items within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, to support@mavoriumsacredenterprises.in or on 011-45578418.
Approved cases are resolved by replacement or refund under the refund & cancellation policy.
8. Seller obligations
Sellers dispatching their own orders must pack goods to survive normal transit, mark the parcel with the Mahcart order reference, upload the tracking number on dispatch, and meet the dispatch time promised on the listing. Repeated late dispatch or under-packing affects a seller’s standing on the platform.
