We collect what a request actually needs, use it for that request, and delete it when the reason for keeping it ends.

1. Who this covers

This policy applies to mavoriumsacredenterprises.in and to enquiries and seller registrations we receive through it, and is written to meet the Information Technology Act, 2000 (including the Sensitive Personal Data or Information Rules, 2011) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The data fiduciary is Mavorium Sacred Enterprises, B-138, 2nd Floor, Office 202, Ganesh Nagar, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi – 110018, founded and led by Lovely Seth, Founder & CEO.

2. What we collect

You give us:

Contact enquiries — name, email, phone, subject and your message.
Seller registration — business name, owner name, email, phone, city, product category, GSTIN if supplied, and notes about your products.
Chat with Maya — the messages you type. Please do not type passwords, OTPs, card or bank details.

Collected automatically: standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages viewed and timestamps, kept for security and diagnostics.

We do not knowingly collect information from children. We do not collect sensitive personal data through this website, and none of the forms here ask for it.

3. Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and to call you back on the number you gave.
To verify a business and take it through Mahcart onboarding.
To send transactional email — acknowledgements, reference numbers and onboarding steps — from support@mavoriumsacredenterprises.in.
To keep records required under tax and company law.
To protect the site against abuse, spam and fraud.

We rely on your consent, given when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing the business.

4. Marketing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We send marketing messages only about our own services, only where you have asked for them or registered a business with us, and every such message carries a way to stop. Replying with "unsubscribe" to any mail from support@mavoriumsacredenterprises.in removes you.

We share personal information only where it is needed, and only with:

Hosting and email providers that run our servers and mailboxes.
Verification sources such as public GST and Udyam records, for seller checks.
Professional advisers — accountants and lawyers — under confidentiality.
Authorities, where the law requires disclosure.

Our AI assistant Maya may pass the text of your chat message to a third-party AI provider to generate a reply. Do not include personal identifiers, financial details or credentials in the chat.

6. How long we keep it

General enquiries — up to 24 months from your last contact.
Seller registrations — for as long as the business is registered or onboarding, and afterwards as tax and company law requires.
Server logs — up to 12 months.
Chat transcripts — kept only as long as needed to answer and improve the answer, then removed.

7. How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry and seller data is limited to team members who need it, mailboxes are password-protected, and stored records are kept on managed hosting with routine backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational steps for the sensitivity of what we hold, and we will inform you and the relevant authority of a breach that affects you as the law requires.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to:

Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
Delete information we no longer have a lawful reason to keep.
Stop using your details for marketing.
Withdraw consent you previously gave.

Write to support@mavoriumsacredenterprises.in. We respond within 30 days and may ask a question or two to confirm who you are before acting.

9. Cookies

This site uses only what it needs to function, plus any cookies set by embedded third-party services such as maps and fonts. Details are in the cookie policy.

10. Changes

We update this policy as our services change. The version here, with its "last updated" date, is the one in force. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
